At Hak5, we stand by our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that used or activated equipment is subject to strict inspection to ensure security and integrity.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, including all cables, stickers, and packaging, within the 30-day return window.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Hak5 help desk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for tampering; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
